Level 1:

Beginner Level / More time spent on basic alignment principles, and the core fundamentals of the practice.

Level 2:

Intermediate Level / More challenging sequences and variations introduced.

Level 3:

Advanced Level / More advanced asanas (inversions, arm balancing poses, deeper backbends, etc.), pranayama, and meditation practiced.

Note: Class levels are meant as an aid to help you determine which class might be best fitted for you. They are not meant to deter anyone from taking class. You are welcome to attend any and all of the class offerings at your own discretion. Classes are to be assumed "all-level" classes, unless noted otherwise.
