Whether you are new to the practice, or a more experienced practitioner seeking to go deeper with your practice, I would be happy to meet with you, and guide you from wherever you are at. For more information on private classes, feel free to email me. Let me know of any questions you might have, and also what you are interested in exploring. Some possible topics to be explored are asana practice (yoga postures), pranayama (breathwork), meditation, sanskrit chanting, yoga philosophy, taijiquan, and/or qigong.
