The Wakeful Way is simply the way of wakefulness... of remaining in the seat of watchful, unbroken, silent awareness, regardless of what happens mentally, physically, or energetically... ever awake to the One Consciousness pervading all things.

When there is a deep and sustained relaxation into Witnessing Consciousness and Supreme Silence, one begins to see with the eyes of wisdom and clarity, seeing the Truth of Oneness. In this Supreme Silence arises the Light of Compassion and Love.

To support the practice of wakeful and skillful living, the Wakeful Way draws inspiration and guidance from various paths, though primarily from the ancient systems of Yoga and Qigong.

 

 

 

The Wakeful Way is here and now, always.
