Om - We worship the three-eyed One, Lord Siva,

who like a sweet fragrance permeates and nourishes all beings.  

May He liberate us from death and grant us immortality,

just as the ripe cucumber is easily freed from the binding vine.

Prostrations to Lord Vishnu

 

(Narayana is the name of Vishnu, That which supports the entire universe.   This mantra is often chanted in times of war and strife.   When chanted, it helps one to imbibe the vibrations of peace and harmony, as well as radiate them out into the world at large).
